Valérie has been an entrepreneur since she was 18 and has created 5 companies over the last 20 years. Today, she owns a real estate investment company and manages a professional training company specializing in entrepreneurship. She also teaches entrepreneurship at Paris Dauphine University. La Kave is her latest project, opened with Thomas Cerboneschi, in September 2020. Thomas Cerboneschi Thomas has tremendous experience in training and athletics. After being an international athlete in karate kyokushinkai, he began coaching and became the first StrongFirst Elite in France. Today he is the athletic trainer of the French national wrestling team and the U23 world champion, Koumba Larroque. He uses StrongFirst principles with his athletes. Thomas is also in charge of the professional training of coaches for the National Institute of Sport, Expertise, and Performance in France, where he teaches a module on StrongFirst functional training. Thanks to his experience, La Kave will grow as a StrongFirst gym and a training center for professional coaches.
